  • Do you have a store/address where we can visit?

  • How long will it be before I receive my order?

    When placing your order, you will be asked to select a shipping method. The shipping method you choose, along with the distance your shipment must travel will dictate how long it will take for your items to arrive. We strive to ship orders within 36-48 hours after the order confirmation has been received. You will receive tracking w/shipping estimates once the order is shipped. Please allow additional time for shipments to U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, Military APO/FPO addresses and International countries.

  • Can I expidite my shipping?

    Yes, orders can be expedited.

    For Wholesale - While in checkout, you'll be offered several shipping options to choose from. FedEx and UPS Next Day Air and their respective charges will be presented along with all available shipping options.

    *Orders must be received by 12:00pm Eastern Time, M-F, for expedited shipping options.

  • Do you ship to addresses outside the United States?

    Yes, we ship internationally. Please follow the link for more information on international shipping.

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

    Yes, we do. When shipping to P.O. Boxes, we use the United States Postal Service (USPS Priority Mail). We ship to APO and FPO addresses and any address that has a 5 digit U.S. Postal Zip Code. Foreign orders are accepted in U.S. currency only.

  • What do you charge for shipping an order?

    For Retail orders, our standard/flat rate is $15.95 within the Contiguous United States (not including Heavy item charges if applicable).

    Wholesale customers will be charged based on the exact cost of the shipment dependent on the quantity, weight, and dimensions of the parcels, as well as distance traveled/etc. Shipping time will be determined based on carrier and provided on carrier tracking info once received.

    Please Note: Be sure to have an adult present and available to sign for and receive the package at the expected time of delivery. Some carriers will not leave a package Unattended. This is only to ensure the safety of your order. In the event that delivery was not made, and the package is returned back to us, we will contact you about your order

  • Where is the sweet spot for shipping of bo staffs?

    The sweet spot for shipping Competition bo staffs or any 1" diameter staff, is 10 to 20 pieces. The shipping for 1 bo staff to Florida could be $36.48. The shipping of 10 competition staffs could be $36.53. The shipping for 10 to 20 pieces could be $37.95.

  • Is the showroom open, can I walk in and buy something?

    No. The showroom is closed, but curbside pickup is available. Please call, 800-345-2962, Monday – Friday, 9 :00 AM - 5:30 PM EST , to pickup your order 24 hours the next business day on Monday - Friday: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST (Closed on weekends).

  • Do you sell just the traditional karate top without the pants?

  • I see a notice indicating the wholesale account system has been revamped. I have not logged in for a couple of years (Covid). How do I restart my account?

    We will send you an activation, registration email. Please check your junk/spam folders.

  • How can I cancel my order?

    Once an order is placed it is automatically transmitted to the warehouse for fulfillment. Although we do our best to comply with all requests, cancelation it is not always possible to stop an order from being shipped. If you wish to cancel your order we recommend that you send an email to awma@awma.com with your order number and the word "CANCEL" in the subject line. Once the order has left our facility, it cannot be canceled. You must then wait for the package to be delivered and then contact us for further instructions.

  • Which credit cards are accepted?

    AWMA.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. When ordering, AWMA.com will attempt to secure authorization on your credit card at the point of purchase online. If there is a problem securing this authorization, you will be notified during checkout. If we receive verification of sufficient funds, your order will be completed and processing will commence. Your account will be charged in 24 to 48 hours.

  • I have a student that is looking for a NICE dull sword (non-sharpened). Do you have anything like this in stock?

    Our Samurai Sword, item #1880 is the NICEST dull sword (non sharpened) that we have in stock. #1880 is a wonderful replica of a sword and it is Made in Japan.

  • How do I calculate my Wholesale Shipping Costs?

    All shipping costs given at the time of checkout are estimates. Final costs are determined by the assemblage of dimensions of the package, weight of the package, postal code of the shipping address, and whether shipping address is residential or commercial. We will use the information provided to select the most efficient method of shipment. Accounts will not be charged for shipping until the order is invoiced.
